Ambiguity in received signal and interference signal leads to difficulty in diagnosis and modeling of wireless networks. In this project, we aim to decipher the ambiguity in IEEE 802.15.4 Low-Rate Wireless Personal Area Networks(WPANs), both analytically experimentally, finding an effective way to best manage wireless networks.

Goal of Study:

• Build a theoretical model that estimates S, I and SINR based on what we obtain from experiment
• Demonstrate the use of these estimated information in each of the applications
• Provide a reference implementation using GNU radio for LQI
